 's request. Well, requests. She asked me to draw any of the characters from the cast of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. Rather predictably I picked Phoenix Wright himself. Later she asked me to draw Ari from Okage Shadow King. I was going to draw two seperate pictures until I got a great idea.I should NOT have tried to do Phoenix. His hair is killed. ~currently incarcerated for hair butchering~ But really, I'd be miserable if I were him. XD His hair could take out people's eyes on the subway. Or any crowded place. ..Or any place with any amount of people. TO ALL PHOENIX WRIGHT FANS: I AM TERRIBLY SORRY. This is what I get for not putting him in the OBJECTION pose. XD Isn't it. ISN'T IT? Anyway. I had several ideas for the dialogue here. Phoenix: So you want me to help you in the case against your.. shadow? Ari: Yes. Phoenix: You're trying to tell me your shadow made you do it? Ari: He's an incredibly persistent person! Stan: SLAVESLAVESLAVESLAVE I settled on the dialogue above. XD Anyway. Hope you like it~! Phoenix Wright (c) ..not me (Nintendo?) Ari and Stan (c) Okage Shadow King (c) Not me. :3 I'm too lazy to look up the proper rights. XD I'm going to go to jail for that too, just watch. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Haha, you actually DIDN'T butcher Phoenix's hair! I think just about every person trying to draw Phoenix Wright fanart EVER has gone "AAAUUUGH HIS HAIR IS SO HARD TO DRAW WHY MUST I TORTURE MYSELF THIS WAY??" But you actually kept it from going screwy the way it usually does, somehow! Anyway, both he and especially Ari (great job on the clothing; that's the most awkward angle to draw clothes from ever, especially on a guy) look awesome here, and Stan spazzing out is priceless. XD Actually, speaking of, I made a Stan pattern for ACWW a week ago that actually DIDN'T come out looking silly for once. I'd share it with you if I knew you actually HAD the game.
Anyway, thank you! I never would've expected a crossover, but somehow it completely works-- maybe because Okage's characters are pretty weird, so they fit in better with PW's just fine. I am so giving you a gold star for this!
I do have ACWW, actually. 8D But because of my lack of compatible DS internet and my failure to actually play the game.. XD;
